Sabot creates strategic IT plans that create a link between the organization’s business strategies and its technology investments. We work directly with the business executives to capture the use of information technology as an enabler to meet their business goals and objectives. The IT strategic plan sets the overall direction for the IT operations and initiatives. As part of each SISP engagement we develop a governance process for maintaining the IT strategic plan as both the business and technology environments are in continual flux.
